様々な紙で描かれた10点以上の新作の他、プロダクトや作画風景の展示もあります。

"The Shape" will showcase over 10 of Wanxin's latest addition of ink wash cats.
In her newer works, she has tried different types of paper and other materials.
This approach expand her freedom of ink control to express various 'Shapes'.
Please enjoy those fluffy relaxing cats.

ボローニャ国際絵本原画展入選作家Wanxin[わんしん］の第二回目の個展。
幼少期から20代まで、中国・イギリス・日本などの街を行き来して過ごし、現在東京のはずれに住むイラストレーター。主な手法は、水彩、墨、写真、動画など。
英国マンチェスター大学・大学院にて建築デザインを学んだ後、シンガポール・東京にて建築設計に携わる。より自由な表現を求め2017年に方向転換し、現在に至る。
幼少期好んでいたモノ、移り続ける生活から見たイロ、セカイの表と裏を表現対象として追求している。

"The Shape" is Wanxin's second solo-exhibition.
Wanxin is a Bologna Children Book Fair Award-Wining illustrator, designer and artist based in Tokyo. She works with Chinese ink, watercolor, photography, video and etc.
She was born and lived in China until she was 10. After her teens at Japan, she was educated at the University of Manchester, UK with MA and BA (Hons) Architecture degrees. Then, she spend sometimes at Singapore and Tokyo for architect practising, but she quit her career at 2017 to chase the idea of being an artist.
Her creations usually reflect her favourites in childhood, sceneries of nomadic life, and narratives of perspective.
